FAQ
- What does the fixed fee cover?
- Pricing shared on the scoping call. Fixed fee covers one platform estate (typically one to three related clusters). Multi-region or multi-tenant platforms may be scoped up.
- Is this the same as a security audit?
- No. The assessment covers operational and architectural maturity. Security is considered, but a dedicated security audit goes deeper on that axis.
- How many interviews do you need?
- Two to four 45-minute conversations with platform engineers and one with engineering leadership is typical.
- Do you benchmark against other teams?
- Where relevant, yes — but by maturity pattern, not by naming clients.
- Can you implement the recommendations?
- Yes, as a time-boxed follow-on phase. GitOps pipeline work, observability rollout, platform refactoring, cluster orchestration. All hands-on, billed at a fixed monthly rate, with a defined end date.
